I originally planned on starting nursing school at the end of my leave but that didn't pan out. I was then convinced that I could go back part time, but that wasn't an option I was given. I was devastated, but had no choice, and I cried for weeks whenever I had to wake him in the morning and put him in the car. 9 months later, I finally got into nursing school, and although I didn't see this as my ideal timeline, God did. I needed that time back at work to establish us better financially and also to be able to look into scholarships and other means of help. Now, I get to spend majority of everyday with Adrian and could not be happier! With that said, maybe going back to work for now is what will give you a stepping stone for being that stay at home mommy you dream of being. Have you thought about possibly starting a day care? Something small at first, watching a couple of babies from home, and seeing where that takes you. There are a ton of mommies at Caremark who may need your services and you have a large church family that may potentially have others that need this as well. Who's to say that your dream of staying home with tons of babies doesn't include other precious babies that need cuddles when their mommies are at work? Maybe this was a whisper I was meant to share with you. I will continue praying for you and look forward to seeing where this mommy journey takes you!
